Born in 1982 in Kayseri, Abdullah Tuğcu graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. He attended the Marmara University Finance Department Financial Law Master’s Program. He joined the İhlas Group in 2008 as the Financial Affairs Manager at İhlas Mining Company, became İhlas Yayın Holding Finance Coordinator in 2013, and was appointed as İhlas Holding Assistant General Manager in charge of Finance in 2014. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors at İhlas Holding A.Ş., İhlas Yayın Holding A.Ş., İhlas İnşaat Holding A.Ş.,İhlas Gazetecilik A.Ş., TGRT Haber TV A.Ş., TGRT Dijital A.Ş., İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. and İhlas Gelişim Yayıncılık A.Ş.
