Abdullah Tuğcu

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Born in Kayseri in 1982, Abdullah Tuğcu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. He completed his master’s degree in Financial Law at Marmara University Department of Finance.

Joining the İhlas Group in 2008, he became the finance coordinator at İhlas Publishing Holding in 2013, and the deputy general manager responsible for finance at İhlas Holding A.Ş. in 2014. In 2015, he also assumed responsibility for the Holding’s financial affairs department.

Tuğcu is a managing member of the board of directors responsible for finance and financial affairs at İhlas Holding A.Ş., and also serves as a board member in other İhlas Group companies.

Holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate, Abdullah Tuğcu is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (İSMMMO) and the Turkish Corporate Governance Association (TKYD).
