Bülent Gençay

Board Member and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee

Born in Samsun in 1974, Bülent Gençay graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He completed his master’s degree at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Financial Markets and Investment Management.

Starting his professional career in 1991, Bülent Gençay held management positions in the finance and accounting departments of various companies.

Currently serving as a board member and senior executive in İhlas Group companies, Gençay holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate and is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (İSMMMO).
