Dear Stakeholders, Business Partners, and Employees,

We are delighted to share our 2024 activity report with you. As İhlas Yayın Holding, we are proud to have successfully completed another year in the media sector with our stable, sustainable, and ethical publishing approach, closely following the rapidly changing dynamics on a global and national scale. With our multi-dimensional structure, expanding from publishing to printing, from news agencies to digital media technologies, we have created a strong corporate synergy by managing all our units with a common vision and coordination.

The past year was a period of economic uncertainties, geopolitical tensions, and accelerated digital transformation processes worldwide. However, we transformed these challenging conditions into success with our strong organizational structure, qualified human resources, and innovative vision. We acted with awareness of our responsibility to society, without compromising our ethical stance.

Türkiye Gazetesi successfully continued its mission of providing its readers with unbiased, reliable, and high-quality content in 2024. With its renewed design and enriched content structure, it enhanced the reading experience while reaching a wide readership. Thanks to the technological modernization and environmentally friendly production solutions we implemented in our printing facilities, we increased our operational efficiency and took significant steps towards reducing our carbon footprint.

İhlas News Agency (İHA) continued its commitment to fast, accurate, and unbiased news reporting with its extensive network of reporters both domestically and internationally. Thanks to the infrastructure investments we made in news gathering and distribution processes, we ensured high speed and reliability. Our broadcasting principle, which contributes to the fight against disinformation, has both ensured the public is accurately informed and increased our sectoral competitiveness.

TGRT News, with its vision of “Uninterrupted and Pioneering News,” resolutely fulfilled its duty to convey current developments to the public objectively and accurately. It established strong ties with its audience through hourly news bulletins and original program content. TGRT Documentary TV, on the other hand, undertook its public broadcasting mission with thematic productions that shed light on our civilization, culture, and collective memory.

TGRT FM has maintained the trust of its listeners with its broadcasting approach that appeals to a wide audience. Technical improvements in broadcasting infrastructure and innovations in content formats have reinforced the channel’s strong position in the sector. We have made our broadcasting sustainable with listener-focused broadcasting strategies and environmentally conscious technical choices.

In our digital media and advertising activities, we have prioritized solutions that focus on user experience. We have strengthened our digital reach in both content and advertising areas with online content production, programmatic advertising, and social media strategies. In addition, we have further advanced our effectiveness in digital advertising, data analytics, and media technologies through our subsidiary, Digital Assets.

In addition to all these efforts, we have integrated an environmentally and socially responsible corporate responsibility approach into all our areas of activity. We have pioneered initiatives that contribute to both the environment and society with energy efficiency, green broadcasting, recycling processes, and social impact-focused projects.

As of 2025, we are entering a period in the media sector where digitalization is accelerating even further, content production is diversifying, and global competition is deepening. Throughout this process, İhlas Yayın Holding will continue to be a structure that not only invests in technology but also maintains a human-centered, ethical, and responsible media approach. We will more effectively manage the synergy of all publishing, production, and distribution units within the holding, and strengthen our position in the media field with new projects focused on growth, transformation, and sustainability.
