Structure of Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors, consisting of 9 members (excluding the Chairman and CEO), has a total of 5 non-executive members, 3 of whom are independent members. Our independent members, Prof. Dr. Resul İzmirli, Necmi Özer, and Mustafa Tansu, have declared that they, their spouses, and their blood or marital relatives up to the third degree have not had any direct or indirect interest relationship in terms of employment, capital, or trade with İhlas Yayın Holding A.Ş. or any of its subsidiaries or group companies within the last five years, and that they have not been involved in any independent audit process within the last five years.
