This year, for the first time, radio speakers and artists were determined by public vote at the “Stars of Radio” ceremony. With 300,000 votes cast, Ataullah Arvas from TGRT FM was named the best news program speaker of the year.

The “Stars of Radio Award Ceremony,” held online with media sponsorship from Esenler Municipality and Radio Esenler, was broadcast live on Şehir Ekranı TV. Held in honor of World Radio Day on February 13th, the ceremony saw awards presented in 23 categories to the best radio speakers, best radio stations, vocal artists, and music production companies of the past year, all determined by listener voting.

300,000 People Participated in the Voting

The award ceremony, hosted by radio speaker Cenk Sarıkaya, featured amateur artists performing and delighting the audience. The program also included video messages sent by radio presenters and speakers and artists for World Radio Day on February 13th. Following this, the winners of the awards, determined by the votes of approximately 300,000 radio listeners, were announced.
