Demand reached 10.6 times the offering size

In the initial public offering (IPO) held on October 26-27, 2021, on the Borsa Istanbul Primary Market using the “Fixed Price Demand Collection and Sale Method,” demand reached 10.6 times the offering size. 73,432 investors applied for the 22 million TL nominal value shares issued due to the increase in the company’s issued capital from 42 million TL to 64 million TL.

In the statement made on the Public Disclosure Platform, it was reported that the IHA shares offered to the public on the Borsa Istanbul Primary Market using the “Sale on the Stock Exchange – Fixed Price Demand Collection and Sale” method received unfiltered demand of 234,025,270 nominal value shares, totaling 1,076,516,242 TL, which corresponds to 10.64 times the IPO size.
